I have emailed supportsurpasshosting.com but never received a response, if so then I never received them or somehow deleted them. Well, the problem is, everything revolves around the database in mysql, and with the autoinstall scripts, when it sets up the scripts it messes up on the database name. Here, I just ran fantastico/php-nuke and here's the error that I always see:

/home/kcuf.us/public_html/community/config.php configured
/home/kcuf.us/public_html/community/nuke.sql configured
ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: 'kcuf.us_nukelocalhost' (Using password: YES)

The last line in there, for us: "kcuf.us_nuke" should read kcufus_nuke, without the period. Well, all of the auto-install scripts have the same problem and I was never able to setup a script. Well, I installed b2 and advanced guestbook on my own. I just downloaded the scripts, did the basic setup but in the db fields, I put kcufus rather than kcuf.us and then installation ran smoothly.

I sent out that email on the 25th? Ok, next problem. Before I knew what was wrong, I installed the advanced guestbook twice, so all in all, I have 3 of them now. How do I take them off my server? They all work (I went back, set the proper database/user in the install files), but I can't just delete the folder in my public_html folder. I also have a blog folder that I don't feel like fixing but rather just deleting, but I can't delete that either. I created a directory just now and tried to delete it, there's nothing in there right now, and I get this error:

an error occurred deleting the file or folder on the ftp server. make sure you have permission to access this folder.
details: 550 can't remove directory: directory not empty

That was with windows explorer, I get a similar error when using cuteftp. Heck, mine as well post another error while I'm at it. Analog does not work for me but Awstats does. When looking at the bandwidth stats, the pictures do not load up either. If I look it up on my ftp the pictures are there though, but that's not the way to go about this situation. I believe that's it...for now :P Thanks to anyone who replies in advance.

Tried 666, still the same thing.

COMMAND:> RMD /public_html/delete
550 Can't remove directory: Directory not empty
ERROR:> Requested action not taken (e.g., file or directory not found, no access).

That 550 error doesn't make any sense because there isn't anything in the directory. :frust:

777 is full control, changing it is futile. Can you please contact me at SurpassLive3?

Thanks a lot dv8 for the help with the folder stuff. Now...can anyone help with the scripts and the stats not showing up properly? The period in the database name is ruining it all =\
