No man, i thought there was something up there,
I just goto the next page, your ticket has been submitted. Man it's been two days now, im starting to think, it's like my problem with the addons section in whm (which i never resolved)

The ticket system never sent me any reply sayign my message was received, so i emailed support from hotmail and Andy replyed, then on requesting my login info to view the issue, i've recieved e emails from Andy saying that all email replys i've sent were empty. And i sent it again, then William replys, saying that he's addressed this issue allready and is closing the ticket.
There's a mix up somewhere, but i still haven't got the problem solved, Fair enough is it's a problem on support end, i just need to contact them. Could support just get on msn with me, i think the problem woudl have been fixed hours ago.

Are you using a non-hosted email to contact support with (such as your hotmail one)?

Yea hotmail coz it's what i use regular
And their support tickets, nothing is going right. Their ticket doesnt email you, so i dunno, must be that. My emails arent been recieved most times. And when they are i get the recieved ur email

have you checked your spam folders? I've contacted support a few times over the past couple weeks for various issues, and I always get automated responses that tell me they got my message. Try from a non-hotmail address and see what happens. It may be something to do with hotmail.
