Fantastico missing apps..

Hi again,

My fantastico has messed up,

When i click on any link in fantastico i get:
"The specified application does not exist"
I needed to install some scripts.

I just tested some user accounts, the fantastico problem is the same with them.

Have you contacted support? A cpanel upgrade about a week ago screwed up mine and removed it completely. Support had to fix it for me.

I think that was fixed also, by now.

In the future though please email support so they can get on the issues faster.

I contacted support a few months back and got no reply.
I'm having problems loging into any account tonight.
Was checking to see if the fantastico error was corrected.
I'ts very slow tonight. And it's stil lthe same in al laccounts when i try select
anything in fantastico "The specified application does not exist."
Can somebody let me know the status of this situation.
I understand we al lhave problems, but i need to use these scripts and before one of my friends/clients notice please

Yea accounts are extremly slow to load tonight,
All my www and public_html directires are ok as to anything i installed from fantastico, but still the same error in there.
Arent i supose to be on a new server?

Please open a new ticket titled Fantastico issue, and they can fix it. If you opened a ticket a few months back, then there was some issue then. Please open up a new one.

Hi,
I've had no reply since, not sure what to say here.
Fantastico loads slowly on al laccounts and is completely empty
on clicking any of the application links. What am i supose to do/ tell my users?
