Would you have to CHMOD a certain directory in WordPress to be able to edit theme templates and plugins while logged on to your account? Because, for now, I can only basically view the theme and plugin templates. When I was hosted on someone else's domain, I was able to edit the templates and save them directly when logged onto my WP account. But I really think she may have CHMODed a certain directory or something to enable the themes and plugins to be writeable. I don't know if I make any sense, but basically I just want to know how to make the themes and plugins writeable. What would I have to CHMOD them to?

If you want to edit a file in WordPress, you must CHMOD the file to 666.
