Default Index file?

After creating an account in WHM, is there a way to add a default customized index file which will be in the user's account?

Sound just asked basically the same question in another thread. Just make an index file and put it in your skeleton directory. According to WHM, that's what it's for but I've never used it.

The skel directory works. I use it by default for my new accounts.
