Bulliten Board help

I created a phbb and when I try to access it I get this message:
"Please ensure both the install/ and contrib/ directories are deleted" how and where do I do this? thanks

login to cpanel's file manager, or through an FTP program and just delete the folders in the phpbb directory


edit: to be completely clear about it, delete the contrib and install folders.

So how do I edit the forum pages? For example, so it does not say: "yourdomain.com", or "this is a test forum"

That would be in the phpBB administration page. When you are logged in, you should see a link at the bottom the the administration. Click on that, enter your username and password again, and then go around and change all of the settings to what you need them to be.

Go to the admin Panel and then go to general Admin and you can make those changes under configuration.
