Filezilla hates me! I got a directory listing, and somehow am seeing stuff that's hosted on another site, not the one I'm working on. I haven't found the right folder for uploads, photos, to attempt to chmod. Maybe I need a nap.

You can use File Manager to chmod it if need be. Navigate to it via file manager, click the name of the directory, and then select "Change Permissions" on the right.

Val,

In Firefox, right click on the directory or file that you want to change, and choose "File attributes...". That will pop up a "Change File Attributes" window, and the rest is history.

Sounds like you have some network issues going. I've never had FileZilla do anything evil like what you are describing.

Might want to punt and try again in the morning.

John

Failure is not an option. It comes standard with all Microsoft products.

David, I see this. I am understanding you recommend I check all 9 boxes and put 777?

Yeah, all of them to make it 777. It's so you can upload to the folder.

Read, write, and execute, under user, group, and world are all checked now, and I set it to 777. I haven't found the thumbs folder in cpanel yet but will look in the am.
Thanks man, I appreciate you prying yourself away from your new dedi.
Thanks to you too John.

Yes, he's saying all 9 boxes.

As for Murphy, that #%$^*& haunts me night and day.

Hope all goes well with your mission this evening. I just got both modules uploaded, and was just told that it's time to come to bed. So, if you don't get it going tonight, I'll get them working tomorrow and get you through it.

Later! (goes scurrying off to stay out of trouble)

Thumbs should be under the photos folder.

No problem. Not much for me to do other than crash it
