I moved to a new host(again), but I want to transfer my backup, I already saved it. But how do it move it to my new host?

You moved to here or from here? If it's to here, support can do it. If it's from here, that's a question for them.

Ok. And you have your own shared account here? Just contact support and they should be able to help you get it transfered over from one server to the other.

Your friend needs to help you then. We do not really provide support to reseller clients. They are supposed to provide support to their clients. Just being honest.

Ok, I understood that wrong lol....I thought it was coming off the reseller to a shared account, which I figured support would move.

Oh yeah. I asked her and she said that she didn't know anything about it.
