No Chat Available in CPanel

Hi,

Just wondering .. I have two domains registered and hosted by Surpass yet one features PHP Chat in Cpanel while the other doesnt. Can someone please explain the reasoning for this? I really need PHP Chat in the Cpanel which doesnt currently have it.

Surpass doesn't allow chat scripts, so they go in and remove them from Cpanel. When they upgrade to a newer version of Cpanel, they show up again since they are part of the default install. If Surpass forgets to go in and remove them, then they are still there. Of course, now that you've mentioned it, they might go back and remove the one that they forgot to delete after the last upgrade.
