Cpanel liscence file expired?
Hi, I have tried to go to cpanel but keep getting the message that the liscence file has expired. It's been like this for a good few hours now and I really need to get into cpanel to do a backup and some other things.
I have already contected tech support but have had no reply as of yet, is someone dealing with this problem? my site is mjtkop.com and i'm on Deso. Thanks.

Not having this problem but I've seen it many times on other hosts. Nothing to worry about and something Support has to fix. Hopefully they'll get it done for you quickly.

When you contacted support, did you receive an auto-reply with a ticket number? If you did not receive this, then they did not receive your ticket. In that case, try manually submitting your ticket at http://desk.surpasshosting.com using a non-hosted email address (such as Gmail or Yahoo).
