Once again, without using Google or a third party site (answer isn't on my site this time :P).

What is specificity in regards to CSS? Provide an example with your answer.

The W3 standard uses specificity to help browsers render CSS by determining what attribute should be applied to an element. What are the rules of specifity/how does it work?

I Googled it and still don't understand it. But then I've never quite understood this CSS stuff anyway.

It's actually quite rare that a "home-grown" coder would know it simply based on there's really not much documentation on it available where most people look. I'll be honest, I didn't know a damn thing about it until my teacher lectured about it the other week. I do urge you to look it up. Feel free to explain it CEO.
