Cannot log in to CPanel or FTP

I am getting very frustrated... I cannot log into my cpanel or my ftp. I have contacted support and all they did was attempt to email me my password and username. I already know them! And their email didn't work anyway! I am getting extremely frustrated by the fact that I cannot get into my own website, and there is no one I can talk to to fix it!

what is your website? What is your server (Consider putting these in your signature). Do you even get the login prompt for cPanel? What error messages do you get? Are you behind a firewall that may be restricting access to certain ports?

Also, try these other methods of getting to the cPanel:
http://ip-address:2082
http://www.domain.com/cpanel

sorry i knew i should have included my website! it's "http://www.soneat.org"

I do get the login prompt, but it tells me that my password or username is wrong. i do not have a firewall in place that does this, and it all used to work. i have the password and username and everything saved into my ftp program, and all of a sudden it stopped letting me in.

those last links for cpanel are the only ways i have tried to get into cpanel. i am thinking though that since i can't get into the cpanel or ftp, there is something really wrong.

Have you tried resetting your cPanel password by failing logging in about three times, then clicking the forgot password link? Is there any way that you can think of that maybe your cPanel password was compromised?

No problem. Just as a precaution, I would scan for viruses and or spyware, and make sure you have a firewall on your computer. Also, try to use a pretty complex password. Please let us know if you have any other problems or questions.

I know that I have a firewall in place, my school requires us to keep the network safe. What I meant was that I knew it wasn't the firewall. But now it's all okay, so that's a relief.
