A couple of 4Images questions

I've had a look round and I can't see any other threads that answer my questions so here goes:

I have 1 site and 1 sub domain, I have 2 4Image galleries.

Is there any way I can transfer images from one gallery to another?

Secondly, I needed help with the auto thumbnailer, I emailed support and they sent me the pathway to it, however I assumed it would take the original image and resize it to thumbnail size, all I keep getting it a picture of an eye for a thumbnail. Is there something I'm getting wrong?
