Mass edit?

Please, please, please tell me there is some sort of mass edit for WP?

I am importing 215 entries from Blogger and for some reason they have imported with years ranging from 2001-2012! *SIGH*

Unfortunately, no.

But if you want, you could probably use phpMyAdmin to more quickly fix the years.
