Web Panel/Sidebar Panel

I'm wanting to have a link from my page open up as a webpanel or sidebar panel. Would any of you know the script in order for me to get this done?

Thanks to those that at least read the post. But after much virtual digging, I found what I was needing. I couldn't believe how simple it is/was.

Just create the html or php page of the content you want to show in a web panel. Link to the file in your main page and be sure to add target="_search" to the link and that's it. I now have a page that opens up in a webpanel.

Thanks for posting the solution also carmige. This is much simpler that what I thought the solution was (include files...)
