Monthly Bandwidth Chart
How often does the Monthly Bandwidth Chart update? The reason I ask is because it's been a few days and there is nothing showing up on my monthly chart. The daily chart seems to be working fine, but nothing showing up on the monthly.

how do you get to this "monthly chart" that you speak of?

Seems like a bug or something. Contact support at desk.surpasshosting.com
And they may fix this issue. I've looked in to my bandwidth graph and it showed me the yearly usage.

When was your site created.
It looks like you haven't used any bandwidth, so why would it show anything? ... Mines shows stuff... Make sure your looking at the end of the year :p |
