Parse Errors?? using mambo..SOS SOS
I recently got both these similar errors on 2 different sites at the same time....there were no changes made on the sites or anything...just randomly showed up.
atcotool.com Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/atcotoo/public_html/at/components/com_content/content.php on line 277 bealegroupchicago.com Parse error: parse error, unexpected '\"' in /home/bealgro/public_html/mambots/editors/htmlarea3_xtd.php on line 95 they are also in the back end of mambo....can anyone instruct me on how to fix this major problem? I saw in mambos forums that other people had the same thing happen...but there is no solution anywhere Thanks |

Can you show us a link to your site? And have you checked the mambo site to see if it might be a bug in their system?

What is on the lines that is is saying the parse errors are in? Is google turning up anything for those errors (Sorry, I can't look them up myself at the moment, I am working).

I see that, but when you go to the file that it is saying the error on (in this case,a file called content.php and a file called htmlarea3_xtd.php). Then when you have that file downloaded from your site (use an FTP program), open up the file, look at the line number it is telling you (line 277 on one and line 95 on the other). This might provide a look into what might be causing the problem.
