Does WYSIWYG html editor in Cpanel File Manager eat resources & slow down the system?

I noticed remarks about servers slowing down here and there.
Could it be caused by several users building simultanously websites online with the WYSIWYG html editor from Cpanel's File Manager?
Maybe there is some queue that causes a bottleneck.

I would be genuinely surprised if that was the reason. Then again, I've never used the tool.
