I think I had a PunBB (it was included with a CMS I had for some time). It was very easy to use, and maybe I will try it once more.

The CMS was called Blog:cms

(not sure if it still exists)

I remember.. A veryyyyy long time ago that in cPanel, when you clicked on Board Installation (or something like that.. It has a

in it) it used to be XMB, but now it's phpBB.

I guess that was relevent, but I'm never sure of anything.

I've run VB and phpBB boards and they got a little confusing from time to time. SMF is rather easy to me. But yea punBB is about the simplest of the decent free ones.

I just went into the scripts library, and noticed that there still was an Invision install availble. An old one, but still

Yeah, the big WHM still comes with IPB as an option, but it's a 1.* version.
