Subdomain Installaions
--------------------------------------------------------------
Install phpBB2 (2/3) The installation can not be completed: - This cpanel version does not support subdomain path detection, please contact your host. -------------------------------------------------------------- Is there a way to make subdomain installations active? It's perfect for hostees and It's easier then installing the script then moving the entire folder to the subdomain.

Fantastico doesn't like doing that, it seems. This question comes up frequently and as far as I can tell, there is no way to do it (atleast no definite way).

Maybe a later version of Fantastico will be able to do that. Would be a great help to those not wanting to dive into a manual install.
And folks who have addon domains I'm sure would love it too since Fantastico even sees those as a subdomain file path in cPanel.
