Fantastico offers WordPress version 1.5.2
The current WordPress version is 2.0

WordPress 2.0 was released December 31, 2005. I was wondering if SurpassHosting could upgrade Fantastico to offer the current version of WordPress.

I think it's the folks at Fantastico that has to update the tool. I think. Could be wrong.

You aren't. The Netenberg people are the ones who update Fantastico, and until they get 2.0 added it, it's not likely to show up in Fantastico on any host.
