proper session ID cookies error
Hi there, please help. I've been using cpanel to access email for quite a while now, but I kept getting this error message all morning :
Your request didn't contain the proper session ID cookie -- access denied! I can get into cpanel mail, open email account, then input password, and choose email program to open my email with. The emails even come out, then as soon as I try to click on any emails, the above message comes out. I haven't experienced this before so don't know what to do. Many thanks for your help. Have you tried an alternate browser? If you are using Firefox, try IE. And the reverse. Also, have you tried clearing your temp files and cookies?

Many thanks David for the suggestion. I actually tried it again not long ago using the same browser - IE, and the error is gone now. Touch wood it stays this way. So not sure what's going on here, but as long as it's working, I'm not complaining. :-) Cheers again.
