oh, and I might just add that I had to go into www.surpasshosting.com/order and then click on the clogin.php file to access the client login. Is there actually a link to the client login page? And I lost my password around 24 hours ago and still haven't recieved anything about it.

Ok, I really would like some answers please. Firstly, my email is working since I've been sent a couple of messages from other people. So:

1) Why wasn't I sent a notification email?
2) Why do I get no reply for an entire day on a trouble ticket marked 'urgent'
3) Why when I ask for my details to be resent does nothing happen?

You access our server by going to the IP address in the email followed by :2082

http://iphere:2082
Enter your username and password.

Your domain is registered at GoDaddy and the DNS are correct.
Name Server:
DNS11.SURPASSHOSTING.COM DNS12.SURPASSHOSTING.COM
You'll just have to wait more.. I can't see your site yet either.
