How to install from Fantastico
I'm interested in installing the PHP website from Fantastico to do some forms, but I don't know how to do the install. I'm not very computer saavy but I don't see anything that says where to click to install. It lists the various programs on the left and clicking on them indicates what they are about, but I can't find the install button. I went to the PHP website direct but the download puts it on my pc.
Sorry for the basics, but some of us need them.

To install from within Fantastico.
Click on what you want installed (in this case phpwebsite). Click the words new installation. You'll be brought to another screen. Enter the domain and/or directory you want to install into. Enter what you want for your admin name and password. Follow through that and the next step and you should be set. |
