So you are not getting any numbers in the tracert? Are they all stars, or does it say time out?
The website seems to be working fine on the server end, it just seem that there might be an issue with either your computer, or your ISP. If you have high speed internet, try restarting your router, as well as your computer. See if it works, if it still does not work, you might try contacting your ISP and see if they can see the site, or if something might be wrong on their end.

It appears you are missing a ScriptAlias entry for /cpanel and /webmail and you are not being redirected when you use http://IP/cpanel or http://domain/cpanel.
You will get a login screen when you go directly to the port http://IP:2082 or http://domain:2082 for cpanel and I think the port for webmail is 2085 You will have to ask support to lookinto your configuration.

Ah yes, missed that... But there's still a problem with him not seeing the website.. maybe his IP is also blocked for some reason... That would be something to ask support as well.

I see his website OK.
Reading back through the posts I don't see a non working website issue, just the cpanel and webmail. lazyboy0345 will you clarify?

grr I can't read! I do see now that the problem was just with the cPanel and webmail.. so yes, definitally an issue for support to fix.

You can always use the port number to accesas the cPanel and the webmail. You should file a ticket with the help desk and have them fix the problem with accessing cPanel and webmail using the /cpanel method. You can find the help desk here: http://desk.surpasshosting.com
