Thumbs up

I haven't been to the boards in awhile so forgive me if I missed an announcement on this. Fantastico is telling me:

Quote:
"You have reached the maximum of allowed MySQL databases. Fantastico can not proceed with installations until you upgrade your account or reduce the number of used databases (for example by uninstalling a script)."
What's strange about this is that I only have one of the options installed (the gallery.)

I did notice that the names and meg allotments of the various account levels have changed since I signed up, would that have anything to do with this? Or was I ever only allowed one Fantastic feature and just didn't know it? :dongget:

Wow. The response to my question is... underwhelming.

Patience is a virtue. We do still have jobs, ya know.

It seems to me that I remember one of the old plans having only one database available. It is possible that you had that plan (the cheapest one I believe) and it only allowed on database. I think it was called the 'Learner Plan'. If that is the case, you would need to upgrade your account.

Talking

Ok, that explains it. I signed up under the old learner plan. Thanks!

Oh, and I have heard of this "patience" thing of which you speak. Perhaps a Google search will tell me where I can find some.

In your case, since you are new and Surpass doesn't have any plans with limited databases, you need to email supportsurpasshosting.com with this information. Something is messed up with your account and they need to know so that they can get it fixed.
