Question Postgres on cPanel, how?

Hi,

Is there a tutorial or something on how to install and enable Postgres database on my dedicated server?

I'd like to offer this to my clients.

Thanks!

I hope your right, i searched every where for info on getting it going, and all i ever got was a broken install. everything would seem to work, until you tried creating a database or user in cpanel. tried about 4 different postgres versions and so on and who knows how many tuts... drove me nuts until i gave up. thanks for the link, i might give it a shot tomorrow, looks reasonable. looks easy, lol.

lol gave it a shot tonight, which is technically tomorrow from my last post, and its the same deal. followed those directions to the T and while every thing looks like its running, shows up in cpanel, if i try to add an account or database to postgres, it says its worked fine, but then doesnt show up lol.

Well that's strange. Are you sure you are removing all previous installation stuff? There must be something wrong with the config or such, since mine worked "Out of the box" / ahem, WHM.....
