PROBLEMS LOGGING IN
I just renewed my account with surpass and they gave me a password for cpanel. but i cant log in. it says its not valid. do i have to get an ftp program first before logging into cpanel?

No, you should be able to login to cpanel. Put in a ticket and let them know it's not working. Or you can fail the login three times and have it resend you a new password to the email address you gave them.
