Using Javascript, there are several methods: take a look at these tips
Java code 1 Java code 2 But you can't really stop someone who knows how to get around these. What are you really trying to prevent. Perhaps watermarking your images is a better way to go?

I highly reccommend not putting a no right click thing on your website. They are very annoying (what if I want to right click on a link and open it in a new window), and are easy to get by if anybody knows what they are doing. They are worthless for normal sites. An artist, maybe could use one, but there are much better ways

I tend to permanently disable JavaScript on sites that do that... but I typically disabled "allow JavaScript to receive right clicks" anyways.
I don't know how it got popular... probably one of those "do it because we can" things. |

Well I just treid one of those codes and, its not even working..lol go figure. I inserted the code between the <head> </head> oh well. I do have all my pictures set to no hyperlinking tho, which is good for me.

Who would honestly want to steal your pictures? I'm not trying to be a jerk, but I mean really...
If you had super-duper exclusive secret images, I could understand. And really, anything that is sent via HTTP can be saved. Anything.
