A quick glance and I have to hope that's not a design they'll use.

On the other hand, some of the features I'm seeing for add-on domains and subdomains might make it usable.

Lots of Ajax. Just a facelift, same old functionality, a lot of which could have some improvement already.

I still like RVSkin better.

I don't think you get the purpose of the whitespace. In this use it's very important due to the number of columns. The whitespace provides a block not to create confusion.

I agree. I'm not a fan of these sliding and fading effects (especially when people call them AJAX!).

You can disable them. Link in the top right corner. They're not that bad.. but it wouldn't hurt if they had a semi-transparent background.

Agreed. That's the least intuitive file manager I've ever seen.

That actually increases usability. The hotspot of the link is extended to help people click it, rather than miss. And once again, you can disable the tooltips.

I personally find their grouping kind of sucks... but it being harder? Nah... It's mostly the same stuff as before just without icons for all of them.

As I said in my other post... it lacks graphically. But it also lacks thought into user-centered design. Poor grouping and placement is making things seem more difficult than they are. It can be learned, but it's not intuitive.

I personally don't like it too much. I'll stick with my Radiance skin from CPskins.com

After a 2ed look I like it OK just hope they clean it up more and do a better job with the font. Size differences are lame.

But the basic concept of what they are doing there dose look alright. IMHO

Ahhh

Ahhh.... a nice redesign, though currently I can only tell if this is a presentation change on top of existing functional code. In any case, I have wanted the admin groups for quite a while. That just helps things look smoother.

Hmm.. I prefer the simplicity of cpanel x. That new cpanel would confuse me a bit, I guess.
