I am getting a suspended message when I try to get into my Cpanel. I am unable to view anything to make changes if they are required, but I do believe I still have sufficient space for more sites if needed.

Or is this just a problem with CPanel today.

I just got this now too and sent in a ticket.

The message received when trying to reach the cpanel is:

Sorry for the inconvience! The root partition on this server is running out of disk space. Cpanel operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

Then I am assuming that it is probably a CPanel problem as I know I have plenty of disc space left. I too am on pixel. So it seems to be a problem at their end.

Glad you got in here too. I was kinda curious as I have made no changes in that area, just uploading files, and over-writing stuff and that adds nothing in bytes.

I e-mailed support also.

I'm glad you posted this too -- I would have thought it was just me! Another Pixel user posted about this issue on another thread too, so we're not alone.

Surpass is generally very fast in addressing these things, so I'm not too worried -- plus the sites themselves are still up! (Or else I'd really be freaking out -- I have some heavy advertising out there right now!)

Same here with the sites. I have about 15 sites hosted and certainly do not need them going down right now. Not that it matters really as they are all Fishing/hunting related. Lodges/resorts. Wrong time of year for that here in Canada. But none the less, the people freak out if they find them down.. So do I actually. But since being with surrpass I have never had a problem and totally pleased with them .

Hell, my last people were off, more than on, and at twice the price. They would have a problem, then automatically take down their help stuff so we or me could not even obtain info as to what was going on.

Never had a problem here. Once I think it was down maybe 30 min if that. I can take that here and there. But not three four days at a time. without even a how do you do.

Mine's all fixed -- yours probably is too since it was server-wide issue I think. Hooray, thanks Sandy and anyone else who had a hand in making it all better! :worship:

I'm not sure if this is related or not, but I've been unable to connect to my cpanel all day. The site is working fine and I can get to email, but when I try to connect to the cpanel it just hangs. I don't get a suspended error or anything. The login dialog doesn't pop up, just nothing. My site is cheaterskrypt.com. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks.

Chrys,

You need to email support about this so they can check everything out.
