Scripts Library Says I Have Limited Mysql Dbs? - Page 2

Allanc, send it into support with your domain and user name, as well as those of your clients if you are a reseller. There is some weird bug in cpanel causing this I believe. It happens at random at best. If we manually set your DB count, it goes away.

Umm...can someone make my mySQL Database Settings to Unlimited please??? I have five domains and I get unlimited mySQL Databases on each account for each domain...

Someone plz help me??!!! I do not mean to panic here...

Here is my original message I posted it elsewhere, but found out it should be here:

I am now in the *NEW* CPanel: PHP Library & Fantasio and everytime I try to install a new script from those places or maybe it is the mySQL Databases in general...but I get an error message saying I reached my limit of mySQL Databases. And am on the Deluxe Plan which offers me Unlimited mySQL Databases

I dunno if it is the DNS Propogating or the Domain Names resolving or what...I dunno if everything is back to normal as yet but am unable to create mySQL Databases and install any of the PHP Scripts under the PHP Library & Fantacio Sections of the CPanel

Is it me or are you guys still working on our sites or is this an error and things are still being worked on? If this is an error and you guys are still working on the servers and all that...plz forgive me for nagging you all as I totally understand you are doing the best that you can to get us back on the right track. I was just wondering what the deal was with me not being able to create and install any of those cool scripts that you now offer, cuz I really would love to have one of those cool features.

So, if someone could spare less than five minutes to explain to me what is happening, I would be truly grateful and truly appreaciate any help and support you can all give me.

You and I now know that I fixed all but on of your domains with this problem.

As for everyone else, this does occur. Their is a confirmed bug in Cpanel and WHM that causes this. It is at best random, and we have to manually set your databases to unlimited for each account that occurs. I know this is a pain in the butt for you, and it is for us as well. Hopefully the next cpanel update will get this fixed.
