Greetings,

Just tried to use the new (or at least different) Scripts Library on Cpanel and I'm getting <b>"Sorry, this feature requires an additional mysql database, and your current plan limits you to databases."</b> :fear:

Yet my cpanel says MySQL Databases 7 / unlimited (actually 6 because I deleted one).

Also, no biggie but the mysqlcheck.gif isn't linked right to the MySQL Databases section.

On the new Mango server.
cpanel userid lostveg
surpass userid Dutchtreat
Thx...

Hello,
you need to contact the support team regarding this because this is something in realations to your account. The people at the support will know what to do better than us.
Thx - never sure what issues to contact them about... This has to be a technical issue, not a limit on mysql dbase because ALL plans offer 'unmetered' or unlimited mysql databases from what they all say and it says on the cpanel...

I dunno if they fixed it for you yet, but I modified a setting and you should have 10 db's now. Unless they already modified it from the backend, and what I did didn't overwrite anything.

I had the same issue, so I deleted a database and same result. Using cPanel I'm not limited, I can add databases well beyond what I currently use. I believe the problem is with the install scripts in the scripts library. Are the scripts tied to cPanel aside from the obvious?

I'm not having any problems with the script (that I know of) but I do have the jacked up image in the database control panel. Just letting you know you're not alone.

Your settings modification is probably why the techs responding to the help desk ticket didn't encounter any problems when testing an installation teq.

What happens though if I need more than 10 my sql databases though? And I might from getting such an immense kick out of all these 'dynamic' programs :angelic: compared with static html...

Justin, I changed your settings to unlimited. Please verify that you can still install the particular scripts that were causing this problem before. Thanks.
