autopsy and biospy won't post on Wordpress

Here's an odd one, one of my customers is running wordpress and posts a joke page on it. For some reason the words autopsy and biopsy won't post. Anyone got any clues?-

Are you or they getting a 403 error?

It's to do with mod_security. Searching the forum comes up with it a lot. Seems the general fix is to contact support with the trouble words.

There are certain words like curl and psy that mod_security will filter through. There is a simple hack to .htaccess which will bypass that. Search the forums it is there...
