Server Status RED on main drive; FTP won't connect to retrieve remote info.

I'll most likely post the FTP question in another forum, but I'll also include it here. I checked the server status and see the main drive at 96% with the backup drive at 87%. I've been having intermittent issues with email being unable to connect for the past few weeks. Is there someone I can contact about upping the space available?

Would this status have anything to do with the inability of my FTP program to retrieve the remote file information from the server? It connects fine and instantly, but it times out and says "waiting for server" when it tries to retrieve the remote file information. I can't upload either.

Sounds like a good time to submit a ticket to support at the help desk.

I agree, Skip. I was able to upload the files I needed through File Manager in cPanel, but I'd like to fix this issue.
