cPanel won't let me login
cPanel won't let me login.
I've tried resetting my password, it still will not let me log in with the "new" password. ![]() |

When you submitted your ticket, did you receive an email reply with a ticket number? You can also log into the help desk and check if the ticket is there. If you didn't receive a reply, or you don't see the ticket, then support did not receive the ticket.
Have you tried resetting your cPanel password yourself? I believe you can just cancel the login 3 times and it will bring you to a page to let you choose to reset your password.

I don't even know my login details now - since upgrading I've got 2 accounts. They said they would cancel my old one so I have one but yes you guessed it - no contact since then.
I tried resetting but I'm not getting the email with the new pass in. |

Depending on how long ago you ordered, it may still be in the normal time that it takes for account setups and transfers. Sometimes they'll get an overload of tickets, or something can get lost in the system. If you've got the ticket in, then support should contact you as soon as they've got it fixed up....
