Moving entire site with cpanel

Hey, I had a personal domain with surpass for a while, but my boss wants to get into reseller hosting, so I got him to register with surpass as well. How easy is it to move the entire site from my account over to a subsection of his account. Ideally, this would include my sql databases, but that really isn't critical. The sql stuff now is all testing and demos. If it isn't trivial, I can always just move all the files via ftp and declare moral victory.

Thanks in advance for any help.
