Help Desk system

Hi all, can anyone suggest a good Help Desk/Support system our site visitors to log a suport request through. Somehting someone has used and had no issues with, and something that can be easily customized and has good suport when needed.

osticket is not on that list... I would rule that out as it has become abandonware..

I had to check into all the features... I am looking at purchasing it when my hosting picks up..
