Forwarders work like this...

Say you have 5 e-mail accounts all for diffrent reason. EX. useradminyourhost.com , techsupportyourhost.com , helpdeskyourhost.com , iamabananayourhost.com , wyatturpyourhost.com but instead of having to check 5 diffrent Inboxes, you can have them all forwarded to one main account like mainaccountyourhost.com

I hope that helps

OK,

Cpanel > mail manager > forwarders > add forwarder > and then I think you type in your current e-mail address and then the one it's being forwarded too. I could be wrong and it's the one you want mail going to and then the one it's sending mail from. Just set up two dummy e-mail accounts and test it.

I hope that helps.
