When I set up an FTP account and paste it into my browser
ftp://example:exampledigital-deception.net

It says 503 authentication failed, whats wrong?

Even when I use a FTP client like FileZilla, it doesnt work, do you guys have it set to a different port? It should be port 21

Umm, you can't access the FTP accounts you create through your browser.

For your FTP client, make sure that you are using ftpaccountyourdomain.com for the login. Only the main account allows you to login with the 'yourdomain.com' part.
