I have determined by running DU Meter and looking at the sites latest visitors.. that when it's sitting there with just connecting... it actually does transfer the video file to the PC. The DivX player just won't play it..

It's in the temporary internet files as divx.php?video=300_1.divx with a file type of "PHP file" which is probably what is throwing it for a loop. I just had an idea.. which didn't work.

Such a nice web player too, but it is such a pain to get working! I have yet another idea using .htaccess, which won't hide the urls, but restrict access to only files on the server... hopefully that will work...

But yeah, I could tell that the player was receiving something, as it was loading not only the player, but browser too.

**EDIT: Nevermind. I decided I don't care to hide the location of the flash file in a php file. The downloader works, and that is what counts as it will manage access to the avi file (instead of just downloading the flv file)**
