Autoresponder Not Creating Html Emails

So ya, I can't get the autoresponder to generate a HTML email. It only creates plain text. Even when the code is inserted and the 'HTML Message:' check box is on.

I wasn't implying it wouldn't. In fact I have already recieved a reply from the support staff... so things are in motion, even as we speak... umm or type.
