CPanel is not working on my site, illusionalreality.com, Are there any issues with it at this point across the board, or just mine?

Looks like it is just yours. I just logged into your cpanel, though, and had no problems. You may need to email supportsurpasshosting.com and request a password change. Please provide your current billing information for that account for verification.

It's working at home, I was at school when I tried it, and they must have the port blocked. :unsure:, But thanks again Patrick

Schools, and work places block the Cpanel port.

Make sure that your not behind a firewall/router if it doesn't work from home.


You get a blue box, that say proxy not found. that means that the port is blocked.
If it just doesn't load then thats probably a real problem.
