Hi,
ok i did things wrong at the first place. After creating my account, i tried to login into the cPanel using the username/pw for my client account (not the same). After failing to login (obviously), i clicked on the resend password link. it did nothing.. Then i saw the username/pw infos for the cpanel. I tried them but it was not working either. In short, i can't login to my cPanel, and have no idea were to go to get the pw reset or resent to me. I opened a ticket but no answers yet (20hrs ago). my account is for driftquebec.com Thanx for your help ! ![]()

No, don't email clientcare. That is for reports on how well admins are doing their jobs basically.
Your ticket never made it to us. I searched for your domain name in the help desk and couldn't find anything. Did you receive and automated response from us about your ticket? If not, it definitely never got sent. Email support surpasshosting.com with your account details and current billing info for verification. We can reset your password for you.BTW, the password reset feature on Cpanel ONLY works after you have logged in and updated your contact information in Cpanel, and that is why it never sent you an email. Thanks
