Can the dedicated owners edit there scriptas? (this would be cool)

Ummm, there is Interchange v5.0 released already. But we have osCommerce

Yes, you can do anything you want, it's your server. Now, how to do it is another thing all together. You gotta look at how Scripta works and auto-installs other scripts, and then go through and create the steps for Interchange. It would be easier to just install Interchange manually I believe.

how would i go about editing scripta through WHM (if possible) to learn about it and then maybe make a auto install for some php program

Not possible to edit Scripta in an easy way. If I knew of a good php auto install problem I would tell you but right now I am still searching.
