Hello ...
My domains and such were recently moved from Pass to ... I dunno where ... anyway. My Cpanel has reverted to some earlier version? Scripta is nowhere in site. Fantasico is still there?? All of the domains hosted on my reseller account are like this. HELP! E

I see you are using custom nameservers. Did you update the IP addresses for the custom nameservers? You should have receive an email about this from us. If you didn't, PM me for the new IP addresses you need to be using for custom nameservers.

OK, I did update my custom nameservers and have had the oddest things happening on my sites. Recently added data not being there the next day, then a day later being there again after I spent all day re-adding the data. All of the packages I created in my WHMAP are no longer there after I spent hours getting them just how I wanted them. My sites under my reseller have an old version of cPanel (with Fantastico). I'm not entirely sure what is going on but I have sent a message to support and no response thus far. I have always been very supportive of changes being made here at surpass but this is effecting my business now. I just launched a new advertising campaign just in time for all these horrible things to happen. So yes, I am a little cranky this morning... I will come back later when I've had more coffee and re-read my post to see if an apology is in order if I have been too rude.

Your packages should be restored for your account, but all I couldd find was three of them on the old server. As for cpanel, that should be updated now.
I checked on your ticket, and saw one that was replied to by Ranish earlier in the day before you posted this message. You used an email address from your domain to submit it with, and that is why you never received the response. Please submit a new ticket to us if you have any further problems.

I have changed the IP for my custom nameservers. I know it will take like 24 hours fo rit to go through. My cpanels for all the domains on my reseller account right now are all old with Fantasico in them. I'll check again tomorrow night to see if they have changed.
What do you mean there are three of my domains on the old server? You guys just moved everything and didn't let me know. Has everything moved properly? I havent checked all the domains. What about my main WMH. Is that IP still the same as it always was? I access it via the IP:2086 ... do i need to access it some other way? Elaine

Everything should already be restored for you. I answered the ticket a couple of days ago.
