And how can new scripts be suggested for Fantastico?

I noticed that there are missing real good scripts...

You'd have to go to the makers of Fantastico. Surpass moved to it for the reason it's too time consuming for them to update it and add new software. Then providing there's some 100+ shared servers, it's a huge task to update all of them.

Here's the Fantastico website: http://netenberg.com/fantastico.php

Wait, that doesn't make sense. They switched from Scripta because it was too hard to keep up-to-date to Fantastico which is also too hard for them to keep updated??

OK... Surpass created Scripta. They added all of the installation scripts themselves.

Fantastico is a third party script managed by the third party. From what I know, Fantastico is updated through CPanel (someone correct me if I'm wrong.) Therefore, it's a heck of a lot less work. Even if it meant running an update script on each server, they're not having to manually update install scripts, etc... it's less work.

I just saw that there are differences from the actual version on the programmers page and the surpass installation of Fantastico...

And the new included Template System is missing too...
