Clarification using the Filters Tool in CPanel

I'm trying to use the Filters tool in CPanel and I'm hoping someone can help clarify what I need to do. I've set up different forwarder addresses on my domain which all forward to the default account on my domain. What I'd like to do is set up filters to route each forwarder address to a respective IMAP folder on my account. I've read the CPanel PDF and both it and the examples in the filter tool itself are light in explaining how to do anything but delete or reroute.

So if samplesomedomain.com is a forwarder address how do I need to edit this filter rule to make it work:

Filter: $header_to: contains "samplesomedomain.com"
Destination: >>/mail/Sample

Also can I chain filter rules, like apply rules by address and then apply by subject? What order of precedence of headers is used? Is it procmail ?
