Why does my "Latest Visitors" stat NOT show the stated "last 300" visitors?
it seems to show only a few.. and only from the last few hours (not even close to 24 hours).

This happens not only on my primary "reseller" domain, but also on my domains hosted under it under their own cpanel.

Could this be fixed, at least so that it will show up to 300, at least for the last 24 hours? Heck, even 12 hours would be nice. Heck, even the last 50 or 100. Currently I have gotten anywhere from 1-10... and only items that have been in the last 4 hours or so... Ive seen visitors that had come to the site about 10 hours ago not be listed anymore in the Latest Visitors stat...

Mine has behaved that way from day one. Always wondered where the other 290 visitors were :notsure:

I explained this in both tickets that you sent, but I am guessing you aren't receiving the responses, so here goes:

This is due to the fact that the log files are purged on a daily basis. They will only show the last set of visitors that are present in the latest logs. To view the complete list, please use one of the other stats programs like awstats for the list of people that visited your website.

Awstats has a section for the latest visitors.

Mine shows what i would guess to be 300 results. It's friggin huge. I guess it means you're not getting all that much traffic?
