Monika,

You should have this option in your CPanel under Add On Domains.

What is your domain name?

A subdomain is
http://example.domain.com
and those are free on all accounts.

Add on domains are so you can point
domain.com to http://example.domain.com
in order to have the feel of multiple domains.
Each plan gets a certain amount of those.
